Who are we?

Devon Home Cook is a professional personal chef and catering service, providing top quality meals in the comfort of your own home. Based on Dartmoor, we can cater for any event in Devon, and even provide a delivery service for those on self catering holidays in the region. All of the food is freshly prepared in our Moorland kitchen using the finest ingredients which are locally sourced wherever possible. We have menus to suit every occasion, taste and budget, and will prepare a bespoke menu with you just for your event.

Driven by a passion for top quality food and local produce, Devon Home Cook was started in 2009 by Emily Pitcher. Devon Home Cook is based around the principle that you do not have to go to a restaurant to eat the very best that Devon has to offer, nor does having your own personal chef need to be expensive. Fully qualified and insured, we believe that we can provide fine dining in the comfort of your own home, or a stylish, modern buffet without all of the usual, tired familiar items.
